When I saw my friend's gaining over 30kg...
It was summer holiday before last year in high school. My cub friend's sizes were about 175cm 85kg. He played ice hockey and football, but loved junk food. He had a little belly and round faces. The last year in high school made him stressed. He had not time to exercise and he started to eat more. First time I realize that he has gained was after Christmas. He looked so much better with extra weight. 
When we graduated he was sexy, big, fatass boy. He gained over 30kg in a year. So cool! :P
